    J.B Hoibian a.k.a "Dr Hoiby" is a Freelance Video Game Developper. With a experience of Lead Programmer, He took part of the development of several video-games.
    With knowledge of Real Time 3D Animation (3D RT), he's too a specialist of 2D Effects like Photoshop Effects (Alpha Channel, Blur, Color Dodge ...); He developped a 2D Graphic Engine in Java for the "PolygonLine" company.
    Dr. Hoiby is also the author of Freewares, which can be download on this web site.
    Living in Paris (France). Dr. Hoiby is a French guy with a 'french touch' :)
    Born as programmer, his mother was Assembler and his father was C++.
    DH make code only on PC (DOS or Windows), and his knownledge of Win32 API is complete.
    He is a Flash 6 (ActionScript) developper too. For training He made a PacMan-like game and a complete Windows-like interface with Flash5.
    You can notice than he knows to "speak" in raw HTTP 1.0 / 1.1 (socket), with this he did automates-web (web grabber, ...).
