Hello !
I've Windows 95B OSR2 dutch, and I found this patch very nice. The only problem is that I can't use the English version. For dutch, there's only a patch for Windows 98SE.
Can you please make a patch for this version ?
If I have to send system files (like explorer.exe) no problem...
Here's my exact number of W95 in the 'System' section:
Microsoft Windows 95
4.00.950 B
My language is dutch.

| This may sound strange, but I actually have been seeking to do the reverse, and this seems to be the only site knowledgeable enough to accomplish the task. I want to revert XP, SP1, SP2, & SP3 machines to default to the familiar 16-color icons used in previous versions of Windows. The only solution I ever came up with was to force the display to 256-color, which forces 16-color icons, but obviously there must be a better way! I suspect I need to hex edit explorer in a few spots to replace 0x11 with 0x01, but just need to know where. Thanks in advance. |
